Wapaneu Chapter serves the Lakeshore and Michigami Districts of Detroit Area Council and was formed by the merger of Wopon and Michigami Chapters. Michigami Chapter was instrumental in the creation of the Pedro Trail at D-A. That tradition continues as Wapaneu Chapter has taken on maintenance and improvement of the Trail.
