- An error in the rules is discovered. In May 2005, the cost for dues was taken from the text and changed to say the LLC sets the cost

- A number of changes are made to the rules, primarily for clarity:
- Rule II is changed to better define active and voting members.
- Rule III is changed to line up with the election changes, data related to Chapter-District matchups is removed, and reference to the District Camping Committee is removed.
- Rule V is changed to update the list of Lodge committees and to say that chapters should have the same committees as the lodge.
- Rule IX is changed to define how rule changes must be proposed how often they must be published and adults can no longer propose rule changes.

- After realizing that the Lodge Rules had not been updated with recent changes, the Lodge Executive Committee recorded changes as best they could based on memory and then ratified them as the current Lodge Rules.
